I ordered via the app. When I picked it up, I got a completely different order. Unfortunately I had to get out of the car and into the shop. There was no problem with the exchange because everything was still in my app. Think that communication problem at the order counter was to blame. Too bad. Maybe it will work next time

A very clean and good branch, the salespeople also have a nice sense of humor and I like going here. After my time in Augsburg I completely forgot how good MC Donald can be.

The staff at the McDrive was incredibly unfriendly last night and the large portion of french fries was only 2/3 full. Very annoying when you first find out about this at home. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste.

If you like to eat fast food, you will certainly not fault anything. My menu was ok but not suitable for takeout. French fries were cold after ten minutes. Also the burger was like since there was no comparison with the offered advertising photo.

Price performance ratio is not right! .. In the meantime completely overpriced .. And also my chicken nuggets were cold ..

There were three of us there. The staff is friendly and the food was of the usual Mc Donalds quality. I have nothing to complain about. Just a "normal" Mc Donalds restaurant as you would expect it to be.

A common MCDonals. Very narrow parking lot and it is difficult to get out if you drive to the right of the entrance to McDrive.

Eating was good after that but I was mega bad, I've had the experience here several times. Eating is just quick and clapping. Staff often forgets to pack things at mc drive

I ordered via the mobile app, as there was only a voucher there that you had to select directly. The lady at the counter said the code wouldn't work, then I showed her that and she said yes it doesn't work, I would have to pay the normal price, then the shift supervisor had a longer discussion (Mediterranean look 3 days, beard about 170cm tall and speaks broken German) and said I had to drive on and pay full price, after a short time he gave in and said I should pay the voucher price and then said goodbye with the words. "I hope this happens to you at work too!" I have seldom experienced something disrespectful and incompetent, after that I even spoke to a former employee who even said you could have placed the order manually with the corresponding voucher.

Been here for the first and last time. I've never seen such a poultry house, sorry the expression. All dishes trolleys full and even next to them. An employee cleared a table and then cleared the tray in the already full dishes trolley. Cleanliness is zero. Tables and floor dirty as clean. Never again!!!!

Ordered cheeseburger but no meat on it. Real kidding. It was the last time for a long time.

Is no longer the beautiful branch that we know. The floor was sticky, no disinfectant, tables weren't cleaned. Some of the staff only wore the mouth and nose cover over their mouths.

We were passing by and needed WC and lunch. On the other side, there was Burger King as well but we chose McDonalds because of coffee. Their latte macchiato was great and so were the burgers and restroom cleanliness! Plates are brought to the tables. Such a nice service for a fastfood restaurant!
